Terms and Conditions:

PLEASE READ ALL DETAILS IN THEIR ENTIRETY.

FOR BOOKING INQUIRIES, CLIENTS MUST SELECT THE CONTACT TAB TO SUBMIT INFORMATION REGARDING THE DESIRED SESSION OR CONTACT THE PHOTOGRAPHER VIA EMAIL. THE PHOTOGRAPHER WILL FOLLOW UP WITH CLIENTS TO CONSULT ABOUT AVAILABILITY AND MORE. DATE AND TIME REQUESTED ARE SUBJECT TO APPROVAL.

Deposits

$25 NON-REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT REQUIRED.

Deposits must be paid at the time of booking via cashapp or venmo in order to hold client’s desired date and time. Photography bookings are NOT confirmed until deposits are paid in full. Full remaining balances must be paid in CASH. An electronic invoice will be sent no later than 24-48 hours following the photoshoot. Failure to make a payment following photoshoot will result in an automatic photo hold.

Travel Fee

Travel fees are included based on mileage if the desired location is farther than 30-minutes from Jackson, Mississippi.

Late Policy

Booking will begin at scheduled time. Late arrivals will result in a shorter session. There is a 15-minute grace period. If client exceeds the grace period, the session will be cancelled and client will have to reschedule. The previous non-refundable deposit will not be applied towards the new booking; therefore, a new non-refundable deposit is required. 

Designated Time

All photography sessions, with the exception of events, are estimated to last approximately 60-minutes. If your photoshoot is extended 30-minutes or more beyond the designated time, there will be an additional $25 charged for every 30-minutes over the hour. Failure to a pay the additional fee will result in an automatic photo hold.

Event sessions are scheduled for two hours. However, an additional $100 will be charged for every hour over the designated two hours.

Most times, photographers have multiple sessions booked into one day; therefore, it is important to be mindful of your allotted time slot.

Cancellations/Rescheduling

Clients must reschedule or cancel within 48 hours prior to scheduled booking. If the client fails to cancel or reschedule in a timely manner, the photographer has the right to refuse to render services in the future.

Photoshoot Preparation

Clients MUST arrive dressed and prepared.

Here’s a list of suggestions and tips to ensure a successful photoshoot:

• Ensure that you have packed the proper attire, undergarments, brush/combs, oils/lotion, lipgloss, etc.

• Make sure that all clothes are neatly ironed or steamed before the photoshoot.

• Professional makeup artists are HIGHLY recommended. Please do not hesitate to ask for suggestions.

• Ensure that you are well-rested before your photoshoot. Photoshoots require lots of energy, and the lack of rest can show in your eyes.

As photographers, we cannot fix or photoshop everything. Therefore, it is in the client’s best interest to be more than prepared for the photoshoot. Do not to hesitate to ask questions or express concerns prior to the photoshoot.

Our goal is to help establish comfort and ensure that your special day causes as little stress as possible.

Photography Props/Backdrops

Props and wardrobe essentials are full responsibility of the client. Physical backdrops are not provided by the photographer at this time; therefore, all images will be taken at a location of the client’s discretion.

Photo Edits

All unedited images will be sent via a Google Drive link within 24 hours following photoshoot. The desired images for edit can be chosen by simply notifying us of the numbers corresponding with the images of your choice. All chosen images must be sent back to photographer within 72 hours (3 business days). Failure to do so may result in delay of final images. Standard edit turnaround time is 10-14 business days, so please take this into consideration when scheduling the time and date of your photoshoot.

For successful results of edited images, it is crucial to remain patient for exceptional execution of your final images. Final images will be uploaded to the drive and will be accessible for 30 days. It is recommended that clients download edited and final images onto an external hard drive.

Additions

There will be a fee of $20 per additional outfit change outside included outfit changes in the package.A $60 fee is added to the chosen session if studio utilization is desired by the client. If additional edits are desired outside of number of edited images included in chosen package, there is a fee of $10 per image. For an additional location, there will be a charge of $25 per location.

ALL clients must read, sign, and date the terms and conditions provided. However, if the client is under 21 years of age, parent or guardian must read, sign, and date the terms and conditions on their behalf.

If the client is under 21 years of age, the individual must be accompanied by an adult at the photoshoot.
