FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

  1. How much are the photography services?

    Please refer to the “booking services” tab for all information on pricing.

  2. What types of photography do you do?

    C The Vision Photography primarily focuses on portrait photography. These sessions would include maternity, simple, headshot, prom, engagement, and graduation. However, we also shoot for special events.

  3. Are deposits refundable?

    Refunds are required to book your photoshoot slot, therefore, refunds are not refundable.

  4. When will we get our finished prints?

    As successful execution of your images are a priority for us, we ask that you allow 10 to 14 business days to receive your digital images.

  5. How long will the photography session take?

    Typically, all sessions, with the exception of events, are scheduled to last for approximately 60-minutes.

  6. What’s your cancellation/rescheduling policy?

    Clients must reschedule or cancel within 48 hours or more prior to scheduled booking. If the client fails to cancel or reschedule in a timely manner, the photographer has the right to refuse to render services in the future. Failure to cancel in a timely manner will result in a 25% charge.

  7. Do clients get the copyright/ownership of my photos?

    After signing the photography release form, clients are granted permission to get the digital images developed.

  8. Do you backup or secure images for protection?

    All images are uploaded to Google Drive within 24 hours following the photoshoot. It is recommended that clients also download the images onto an external drive after receiving them.
